Our front-line workers are struggling. They need our support in new ways.
Human service workers -- case managers, care aides, nurses, teachers, etc. -- suffered terribly during the Covid pandemic.
The pandemic may be over, but their exhaustion, burnout, and stress levels are still high.
Health and wellness coaching offers a proven* method for enhancing the coachee's feelings of well-being, increasing self-esteem, and teaching the framework for lasting change.
My 17-year experience as founding executive director of Miriam's House** gives me a unique understanding of and compassion for those who, like you, are serving our most vulnerable citizens. Having earned my certification from Georgetown University's Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate program, I would love to provide affordable health and wellness coaching to your staff members -- individually, in pairs, or in groups of three or four.
I'll work with you on developing an outcomes-based program of 10 weeks of one-hour sessions, with coaching geared to each individual and their own vision for health and well-being.
I trust and believe in my coachees' inner wisdom and self-direction. My coaching is compassionate and goal-oriented: each individual comes away with a detailed understanding of, for example, how to change habits, their vision for their optimal life, a new comprehension of what wellness means to them, and a clear path forward.
Please contact me using the form below. I'll respond within two business days and we'll schedule a no-obligation conversation by phone, Zoom, or Skype.
