HOW IT WORKS
for your organization
1. The CEO's (or designated staff member's) first step is to contact me via the form at the bottom of this page, or via email.
2. I will respond within 48 business hours, suggesting days/times for a no-obligation, informational Zoom meeting. During the meeting I will:
a. Explain what health and wellness coaching is and is not (hint: it's not therapy or counseling).
b. Explain the process that gets us to a signed contract.
c. Discuss your questions, expectations and organizational needs.
d. Ask you for a time-certain at which you'll inform me of your decision about health and wellness coaching for your organization.
3. Once the contract is signed, CEO will designate a point person with whom I'll stay in contact throughout our term of contract.
4. The point person sends an organization-wide email blast (its language suggested by me and modified as needed) that offers individual and pair health and wellness coaching as a free personnel benefit.
5. The point person sends me names and email addresses (up to twenty) of interested staff.
6. I contact interested staff and set up individual (or pair, if they choose) informational meetings on Zoom. During the meeting I will:
a. Explain what health and wellness coaching is and is not.
b. Answer questions and concerns.
c. Establish a time-certain for informing me about committing or not committing to health and wellness coaching.
7. Once the coaching cohort is established, I will invoice you for the first five weeks. On or about week five, I'll invoice you for the second five weeks.
8. Toward the end of the contracted ten weeks, I will offer the option of contracting for another coaching cohort if there's sufficient staff interest.
